Privacy is central to why raisearch exists. This page explains Raithe Industries Inc.'s approach. It is written to be honest: it states what we are committed to, and it is candid about what we are still formalizing.

raisearch is built to respect the people who use it. © RAiTHE's intent is a search service that is useful without being invasive — one that does not treat its users as the product.
No account required
You do not need an account to search raisearch. You can use the service without registering or identifying yourself. Optional accounts are planned for the future as Raithe expands its products, but searching will not require one.
Advertising
raisearch is supported by advertising, and we are deliberate about how. Our commitment is to privacy-respecting, non-tracking advertising — advertising that funds the service without profiling the people who use it. This is how a small company keeps an honest service running and growing.
A formal privacy policy is coming
raisearch is an early-stage service from a small company. A complete, legally precise privacy policy — covering exactly what data is and is not retained — is being prepared, and will be published here once it can be stated accurately.
We have chosen not to make specific claims about logging or data retention until that policy is finalized. Stating it wrongly would be worse than stating it late. When it is ready, it will appear on this page.
